The Space Analytics team is responsible for the data management of UCSF’s space inventory of 10 million square feet of owned and leased space. We maintain the space database of record at UCSF, coordinating and reporting to the University of California Office of the President. The Archibus Space Management System is used for the tracking and classification of space and its attributes such as occupancy and assignment. The Space Analytics team works with campus departments and our colleagues in REPCAPS (combined Real Estate, Campus Planning, Capital Programs and Sustainability) to ensure graphical consistency with the space inventory and the overall accuracy of our campus space records.
